Keppel Land said on Tuesday that it had acquired a site in West Jakarta for about S$42 million.
The company said it would develop a high-rise condominium with ancillary shophouses for sale on the 3-hectare site.
The first phase of the development is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2015.
