Wanna ask the Gurus here.....Can my wife who is a single child inherit her mom hdb flat when she pass on even thou we have a hdb which MOP is over? Is there any possibility that both of us can own one hdb each?

Marry to buy a HDB. After divorce, one takes the matrimonial HDB, while the other buys another HDB for singles. Marry again and sell off one of the HDBs. Rinse and repeat...

The authorities have been catching a lot of scam marriages in the past.

Look like they have to start to catch scam divorces as well...

what are indications of scam divorces?
u mean
1) ex-spouses cannot live together after divorce?
2) ex-spouses cannot have physical intimacy after divorce?

then if want to patch back... immediately kenna sue for scam divorce :D
