Five residential sites for private housing, which can yield about 3,000 homes, will be released for sale in December under the second-half 2013 Government Land Sales programme.
One of these sites at Geylang East Ave 1 was triggered for sale through the reserve list system when a developer committed to bid at least S$95 million for it in the public tender.
It is launched for sale on Monday and the tender will close on Jan 23 next year, said the Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
A residential site at Yishun Avenue 9 and two executive condominium sites at Choa Chu Kang Grove are also launched for sale on Monday. The tender for the Yishun site closes on March 11, while those for the Choa Chu Kang plots close on Feb 25 next year.
