Aiya this site was on reserve list (not confirmed list). A developer committed to bid at least $95m and triggered the tender. Reserve list means URA will only decide to call the tender if the triggering bid is of a minimum amount, not like the confirmed list sites which definitely must sell :D

pls hor, u tink if all developers "pak card" all bid low low for the cfm site govt will close the tender meh?
cfm site oso got min $, juz tat not announced nia mah, haha ...

This will be a hot site given its close proximity to mrt station and away from Geylang. :p

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will launch the tender for a 99-year leasehold private housing site next to Aljunied MRT Station in about two weeks.
Located along Geylang East Avenue 1, the site is being released from the reserve list after URA accepted an application from an unnamed party, which has committed to bid at least S$95 million for the site.
This works out to S$505.28 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). The site, which is next to Geylang Methodist Primary and Secondary schoos, can generate an estimated 215 private homes.

if no competitors den the developers really bid $505psf ppr, I tink the serangoon view developer who bided $522psf ppr will cry :scared-3:
