whats allowed for aircon ledge or planter?

anybody know if we can install a retractable clothing hanger at the Air con ledge? How about at the planter area?

For HDB, installation/replacement of clothes drying hanger at air-conditioner ledge is not allowed.

sorry i didnt indicate clearly....it is for condo application.

since some air con ledge are quite large, i was thinking to install such things.

I think it depends on the condo's management.

If they do not allow, then you have to install it inside, but push it out to dry.

Yes, I think picture nbr 2 is a good and safe option.
The rejected heat from the aircon compressor can also be put to good use to dry the cloths.:D

condo mgmt will not allow. also for fire hazard reason. there were cases of blanket/bed sheet falling onto compressor and caught fire and compressor exploded.
