Government should remove ABSD for properties that are located within the Central Area region as this segment of the market really need some booster to recharge.

Marina One, South Beach, Duo and Clermont are all within that region and we should encourage more foreigners to invest in this area.

Ha ha remove 50% ABSD for all NSmen and 100% ABSD for KAH, officers, specialist, commandos and special forces. This is to recognise the different contribution of NSmen.

actually its very possible that in 2016 budget (election year right?) they could remove absd for 2nd time buyer and reduce absd for 3rd time or more buyer if buyer is a CITIZEN?
