But marketing agents like us are warned by the developer against using any "Clerm**t" name during our current presentation to clients - due to some copyright matters not finalized. We heard of a few agents being banned by Guocoland to further market this project because they have already started using the brand name during their current marketing.
Just saw the showflat yesterday during agents' briefing.
Comparison between DUO and TP180? Not good to mention it here since we are marketing both projects (and the future Marina One as well). Do feel free to PM me if you wish to know how they match up.

If M1 doesnt sell at $3000psf and above i would be very very surprise because that is a super prime site in the new financial district. Like the epic center.

I dont expect M1 to generate high yield either, but being located right in the heart of Marina financial district above the busiest MRT station, I expect this to become most talk about residential project in that area. Many people might not see it yet because of the messy AYE/ECP that is cutting through that area.
Being a M+S project, I wont be surprise that Temasek will become one of the anchor tenant then TOP.

does the private lift serves only the penthouses? from ground floor straight up to 58th floor & above, no stopping in-between.

Thanks Sunboy for the photo. height looks very imposing and stands out from the rest. The Altez twin towers seem missing from the photo, how do they measure up when side by side? Should be 250m or so and Clermont is 280m.
If 1BR 614 sqft starts from $2m (>3.2pkfs) , then only those with deep pockets can afford, so whole project will really have a true "ATAS" status.

Sorry, I correct myself that the 40th floor of Clermont is at slightly higher than 180m AMSL so it's almost the same height as DUO's rooftop at 50th floor.

you mean the 4 junior PHs share a dedicated lift and the super PH have its own dedicated lift? so 2 lifts for the 5 PHs.
