as the title suggests, 700+ for Pte condo. not too hot esp if u minus off the 218 unit contribution from tembusu.

but at least its not getting worse.

After this year, the number of EC launches and sales will slow down because of the new rules on EC launches.

Looks like buyers are now much more selective and price sensitive....greedy developers will be punished. :rolleyes:
