Tampines North, which forms a fifth of Tampines Town, will have two parks and a new shopping centre-cum-bus interchange serving its 21,000 upcoming homes - a fifth of which will be private units.

21,000 x 20% = 4,200 units

Don't think so is Quarry Park. Quarry Park is not part of Tampines North.

I think the development area is somewhere near Tampines North Primary School.

Is TP tat side all the way fm tampines ave 10 to Giant.

those condos like Qbay will be like any other mass living blocks in that area....that's why I don't buy condo among hdb...what for?

Buy condo in chicken farm lagi bad. Everyday must use water gun to shoot chicken.

qbay will be near to the new interchange n shopping hub. I see it is like a 7 mins walk liddat.

must have faith. at least other than chickens, it's freehold n near to city. lol

if ask me buy 99y condo in surban, I will just buy resales flat in mature estate.

btw hor, I very poor, can buy only 1 house. buying to stay not invest so my comments very simple n naïve one. not pro like some of u here...analyse a lot.
