Looking at the activity of the forum threads.. Look like it reflect the sentiment of the market. Slow and Quiet. :)

not juz the forum. I supposed many ppty agents & bankers r busy chasing houseflies too ...

in the end, a crash might be internally created; not by external uncontrollable factors, but by undue govt intervention ...

undue? The people all want crash so they can buy mah.. the people get what they ask for...

undue interventions - ssd, absd, tdsr etc ...
can crash still nvm, now is no activity leh not crash yet :D

depends. for existing owners, they r better off when prices skyrocketed :D
but whichever the way, it is a win win situation for those who own properties and hv bullets to enter the market shd there be a crash.

well handsome brother, you are only partly correct.

that is because existing owners are sitting on a hefty gain. Crash more will not die one la, many happy only a few angry.

However, if rocket some more, I fear...I fear....aiyah CANNOT SAY LA !
