Last February bought very cheap, now another tower increase tooo much liao, I recomend D' Summit at Kempas(by IOI), Near future MRT station and Setia Group(Setia Tropikal).. Very cheap with 15month cash debate and 15% discount. many of my fren bought there.

Bro, can share the price on PSF and where is the showroom? did you bought for investment or Own stay?

It must have been around $500 psf last year. Now $800 psf is a little expensive but this could be the usual psf in Bukit Indah area in 2 years' time (exact location is Nusa Bestari). Note the EW orientation though. Location-wise it is quite convenient. I still feel that landed around $400 psf built-up (up from $300 psf last year) is a much better buy. Unfortunately, there will be no more landed launches there but a few subsale units can still be found.

IOI still has some landed launches left: http://www.kempasutama.com/property-detail.php?pid=bcc6c916f57b3bcf100a0b5b5f39e691 but they are located quite far from 1st and 2nd links. Do check w developer that they are not using asbestos ceiling board.
