Actually, if the RTS really comes up in 2018 which it should I believe as it is already in the final stage of planning and it only involves 2stations which already have been identified, one in jb and one in Singapore, condos in jb are a viable alternative for aspiring hub dwellers who aspires to condo living but priced out in Singapore. With the rts linking to Thomson line which is expected to be up in 2021, commuting to work and school should be much more convenient.

Can easily buy a cheap Malaysian car. Actually, I am even worried that my landed might fall in value in future, husband asking if we should sell. And worried about my mm unit. Maybe, a 3 bedder condo in jb can fetch better rental in the future.

May be for the sake of preserving the value of Singapore properties, RTS should not be built?

the intrarail project has been,announced to be scrapped so there will not be a station near there. tho the hsr station is yet to be announced.
