True true....is a quiet place and near the Hillview mrt....Tose who like nature, is a nice place, with coming development of the railway track.... Hahaha

Hillview is near to a lot of good schools and also not far from city, with downtown line coming, is a place for people who like greenery and not so far from town...also near Jurong area, for Tose who work around there.....

He's just trying to simmer down others' interest so that demand will fall to a level where developer will offer further discounts so that he can jump in when it reaches his targeted level.

As in which project is better is very subjective as both have its own pros and cons in terms of pricing, location, built quality and design layout to suit individual. Ya, u have said it....also..Hillview peak seems to have the smaller units while sky wood reasonable size....

Yes I am aware of the 6 more plots of residential lands around skywoods that are yet to be developed. However, the peaceful environment will not be much affected as the lands are further away from Dairy Farm road (see URA master plan) and the natural reserve is still right in front of skywoods. The nearest plot of new land is just beside skywoods and that could probably be the only 'noise' by the construction work in future. But the key advantage for skywoods is the distant (nearest) to the MRT as compared to the future 6 plots of new land. In my opinion, this is the value of skywoods being nearer to the MRT - first mover advantage.
Latest update from my agent: Skywoods left with final 67 units and that means 84% sold thus far. The Hillview MRT will be operational on 27 Dec 15. Seem that everything is on track.

I like Skywoods ({http://www.sgpropertyportfolio.com/the-skywoods/}) high ceiling concept. Give you more light and space while overall price still manage to stay low as floor plate is not too large.
Latest update: 91% sold. Last 40 units on sales now. Seem like the operational of MRT had push sale up a fair bit in recent weeks....!!!
The german school will complete in 2018 mar. Congratulation to residence of dairy farm , chestnut and petir. They already fence up the area to bring down the trees.

and 85% sold as end of December 2015. i think as of yesterday, its down to its final 32 units.

Just wondering till now. What stages of payments have u guys made? Because believe should be carpark then TOP. So far I've not been updated abt the carpark payment.
From other forum, some said car park and TOP payment will come together.

Now still in the process of resubmitting application??! Seems like taking very long for TOP application. Even after TOP approval, the developer will do the last inspection before handing over, which will take another month or so.
I agreed with you that the waiting is very long. (Forestville submitted its application for inspection 0n 14/3/16 and got its approved on 1/4/16.)
Once TOP is obtained.. They will take at least two weeks for documenTation and payment before key collection. (Twin Fountains obtained its TOP on 14/3/16, now is in the process of key collection.)

i just recently took a stroll outside of skywoods . no construction watsoever is happening. i only see the security guard in his post. i think their pretty much done with most of the stuff

i just attended the developer's agm and asked about the TOP. they said the 2nd TOP inspection has been completed so TOP is expected within days to not more than 2 weeks. hang in there buyers. :)

lawyers should be fast. its more of the logistics behind the collection of keys. if u r eager, maybe u can contact the developer and tell them that u can pay right now and want to collect keys as soon as possible. i'm sure they'd be glad to collect cash sooner rather than later. :)
