Based on preliminary figures from URA and SRX, property agency PropNex says just 664 units of new private homes, excluding Executive Condominiums, were sold last month.

there could be massive over supply in D15.

Alot of people say TDSR already in place many years, not to worry, not equivalent to a CM. But to me the TDSR is the most powerful CM yet. You try walking to any bank now see if you eligible for home loan, you re going to get a headache.

Most of the D15 MM are approaching their max cap potential.

However, a new surge will happen upon announcement of ERL stations. It is likely to be near GE2016.
