I just noticed that URA website has changed slightly.
In the caveat section, the market segment (ccr, rcr or ocr) , the tenure and the floor level are new additional features.

Not much difference, they still do not provide the exact floor and units, and rather sell such info wholesale to companies like streetsine, squarefoot etc.
