"right next to Bartley MRT" is misleading absolutely. You cannot walk there, no way to cut directly across pte estate or condo (Bartley residences etc) . There is no way of reaching the MRT stn except all the way along the main Upper Paya Lebar road and then Bartley Rd. That's itself easily 1.5 km. :doh: :doh: :doh:
i believe this development will generally buzz up the area with its Supermarket component going to attract other retailers.
