Hello, everyone. This is a remarkable forum. Why did I not find this place earlier? Anyone knows what would be considered a good agent at renting? Must he/she be young and able to list at a lot of places? How long does it usually take if I want to rent out a place? Anyone knows any good agent, please tell him why you consider him good. Thank you. :)

I have very good experience with a pair of Orange Tee agents recently.
Maybe I can PM you their contact, you can check it out.
Good agents is not because of their agency but their professionalism and attitude. Good agent attributes: quick response; good follow up; fast and effective deal closure; willing to take initiative at all times; ...etc. Owner has to respect and renumerate them well.
The agent whom we bought the apartment from him called us yesterday asking us whether we want to rent out our apartment or not as it is going to be TOP soon. Do you consider him as a good agent?
He is the one who persuaded us to buy the apartment as we had no intention to buy in the 1st place as we told him that we would consider. He kept calling us that day to check with us how was our decision and in the evening, he came to our house to collect the 5% downpayment to book a unit.
