Hi,

I will like to seek advice on how an owner and tenant can renew the tenancy directly without the need of an agent. I am the owner and is renewing my contract with my current tenant.

I will draft my own contract. Basically, similar to existing one. But I understand that the signed contract will need to be submitted (URA?) for stamp fee payment or something.

Will appreciate any advice and help, thanks.

It is responsibilty of the tenant to stamp the TA. You may offer to help if tenant is new to SG.

It is rather simple and fast with the e-stamping process.

Hi,

Just want to confirm that my tenant will just need to fill up the "Lease/ Tenancy of Immovable Property" only right? Thanks
