I think condos are already in oversupplied stage in KL and yield is coming down. The landed prices are still climbing rapidly in KL though due to limited supply.

they have said that for many years already, mine is still getting 6% yield.

well, taiwanese are known to be v business savy, let's see if this move is a good move.

We are looking at two different things: You must have bought lower at good location some time ago. I referring to new launches now that are priced higher but at poorer locations.
