the website says "The final drawings of PRIMAX (http://www.primaxb1.com/) site plans and floor plans are yet to be confirmed and subject to changes."

For B1 projects, can we set up say ID company and actually also live in it?

Small workshop at the back. Main area is the actual show room for design and furniture. (Live demo living ala Big Brother)

Yes about 50% has been sold.
The developer will always indicate in floor plans and site plans subject to changes to protect them if there are some minor modifications required.

Industrial properties are meant for B1 use, light industries such as warehouse, manufacturing, operations etc.

Depends on what industries, for furniture, no sawing or flying of sawdust allowed in B1, if it is simple assemby work without contamination of the envirionment, then it may be possible, subject to approval

And for staying, for security it is possible to apply. but not as a dormitory.
