May BTO just released. Bumper crop.

Next is July one.

"First-timer singles aged 35 and above who are earning up to $5,000 per month will be able to buy 2-room BTO flats directly from HDB. We will be focusing on meeting the needs of this group first, as they face more financial difficulty in owning a home. The details such as subsidies and priority that singles are eligible for will be released as soon as they are finalised. HDB is planning to implement this policy in the July 2013 BTO launch."

Canberra should have the MRT station announced within 1 year. By the time u get the keys, the MRT station should be ready.

Got minimum occupancy period right? But after minimum period over, can the owner rent out?

Warm air from air-con can dry the clothes faster. Living room can be partitioned to rent out.

Hi... Kitchen is too big. I will cut it into half and get my extended family to live in. All 9 of them plus Yowetan. Lol!

Kitchen size is okay bcoz I can imagine putting a small dining table there. This can free up space in the living room and convert into study/work area.
