Do not buy blindly just becos it's much cheaper than singapore..
In johor's context, it is considered very expensive..U will have difficulty renting it out in johor as there are not many expats there..
Safety n security like i always mentioned is still the main problem in johor..

It's good as a backup retirement home. Or a holiday / weekend home. But better to have a native relative there to take care.
