Hi...I am just curious and I understand most of the people here are well-travel and informed.

Hence, I like to garner some intelligence from all of you - May I know what is the mean and/or median psf price for the private property nowadays, for the Year 2013 as of moment.

why on earth you want these info for???? private property is such a huge bag of diverse sectors - BCG, landed, condo, townhouse, etc
