Hi, this is quite a new condo that sold out during the quiet period in 2005, thus did not get much attention. I find it very nicely located, quiet and posh.

Any comments? Asking prices now are quite high...

If you can get this at $1600 you better grab it. Nathan road is located so close to Beverly hill at Grange road and very close to Lucky tower that was bought by CDL. Heard from the cdl sales that the lucky tower condo will cost more expensive than Cliveden. And cliveden is already selling close to $4000.
Imagine how much the luck twr site fute condo will be launched????
