On contrary, in long run it help.. Storm water collected can be channel to be used for gardening and general cleaning purpose ...

Is much easy to incorporate this during engineering design phase ...

My current condo by FCL has this rain water reservoir for collecting rain water which help to reduce ponding and heavy flooding and the roof top garden are auto-spray with water. No gardeners are required with this daily tasks.:D

Using the auto spray also further save in water comsumption as it is more effective then manual watering ...

U will see less the annual water comsumption in the condo...
