Pass by Tanah Merah MRT earlier. Saw a new URA sign asking for bid. Just opposite Urban Vista. Anyone know if that is a new land for sale? I was driving earlier and so, couldn't take any photo and I am pretty sure the sign wasn't there 2 weeks ago.
The land that they are clearing the `forestry' ? Just started recently, i believe

Nope. Not Keppel plot. The one that is directly opposite Urban Vista. Not Optima.

Same goes for the big forest hill adjoining yishun park. It is now a big piece of flat desert awaiting more bto.:(

I don understand why they clear the area so fast and let it deserted...
Wait till got development then clear , clearing is very fast, but to grow it as it original stage take many many year..

V little green or open space to relax in Singapore in future.
I project more pp will go neighbouring countries for weekend trips to get away from e crowd n high cost of weekend family/ friends entertainment.
Keppel will make sure the price will be above $850psf ppr
