Last Progressive Payment "On Completion Date"

Would like to check with experience bro here?
Understood that a portion of the last payment (15%) is deposited with Singapore Academy of Law. My question is when we need to make the payment to SAL. Is it on Completion Date, or at the same time upon TOP?

Date of legal Completion is AFTER TOP...could be as long as year or so later.

When CSC is obtained, there is a progress payment of 13%, of which 5% goes to SAL as stakeholding until end of DLP period. Your lawyer will ask u or our bank to make out 2 chq, one to SAL, one to project acct.
