best is to keep those hotels and developers away from pulau ubin. However I dont mind government building some government chalets and camp site.

i think i will sue the government. lf they have acquired the land in 1994, they dont have to pay so much as when they acquired in 2013. that time, can still compensate $1 for church land for building mrt. now have to pay market rate for pearl hill.

they are raiding singapore's reserves by paying more for the land.

unlikely, u need a huge army of industries and infrastructure (not to mention security) to support it.

the space pad, if it comes, should be near some aerospace hub or existing aerospace infrastucture.
