Bearing in mind the typical mortgage loan (current floating) is about 4.2%

Bank Fixed Deposit is around 3-4%

This ING product has been around for quite some time and they dare to fixed for 30years! Perhaps POSB/DBS take their que from there?

You better get a lawyer to read their contract first.

no need to doubt, I have been through this process. in singapore the sales and ourchase agreement is standard, over there I can customised it, e.g stove not working, lighting missing cover, all these can be stated inside and seller has to make good etc.
