I need a contractor to repair my apartment (kitchen sink leaking, tiles broken) and also paint the wall. Any good and reliable one to recommend? Not very expensive one... Thanks in advance :cheers5:

Are you doing minor repair work or the whole kitchen?

Not major. but kitchen sink is leaking. I think need to change with the table top.
