I am hoping 2014-2015 will be cherry picking season where all people owning mutiple properties would be force to sell.

They will only be force to sell when the printing machine stop. The US is printing 85 Billion a month and they don't know when to stop and are afraid to stop. Japan recently join them while China have been printing non stop, so is India. The whole world is printing since 2008.

if a big size guy print money and come and want to exchange cheap printed money with your expensive hand-drawn money, what do you have to do?

if you dont exchange you are dead, but if you exchange, then you give him expensive valuable beautifully drawn money while you end up holding money printed in cheap ink.

So the smart you will simply print more of your own money (using cheap ink at that) and exchange printed money with printed money.
