It was reported last year that CIMB does not.

Side track a bit....interesting... I click on one of the links and it brought me to recent mortgage loans.
Good for comparison.

sometimes, depend on location.

like my geylang unit in lor 24, only UOB and Singapura Finance will finance. asked other banks they said they only loan for projects for lorong 26 or bigger.

anyone know?Last I heard was CIMB. maybe if valuation is too high they wont. But if you are loaning 60% and below, should be no problem.

Overseas banks - no
