To me the more the better chance of selling? Exclusivity means your sale depends on the lone agent who may have his/her own agenda which may not align with yours

i appointed 2/3 agents and told each of them that other agents are appointed.

They were not very happy but heh...

Problem was when Agent A started to bitch about Agent B not closing windows after viewing and how it rained and parquet got wet ...
