When the supporting beam was noted to be Buckle , the worker just use bamboo stick to support the beam and intend to support the entire bldg.. :D

There was a documentary on this, the bldg was already experience some sigh on buckle on some of the column after installation a central a/c(rotatery eqpt).

Repair were called in, but the workers use bamboo stick instead to reinforce...

Owner, ng somethings, was also leak of knowledge and continue to operate . He was among the victims , together with his wife..

Yeap.. That was the CP or code of practice under the preview of BCA being tighten and the later formation of PE ( professional engineer) , the intend was to endorse and recheck design calculation ..

this specifically one of the reasons why i've always stated that any cross-borders MRT or rail system shall DAN GU GU.

case in point, who is going to pay for the damages, reconstruction, or injuries?

You guys still dare to purchase property in ISKANDAR?

- construction quality questionable
- quality of surrounding infrastructure questionable
- security of your property questionable (ie police/guards etc)
- ability to get tenants questionable (dan gu gu for HSR)

It will be express service to Cambodia or Sumatra depending on the train direction at that time.
