If I'm not mistaken, this is at a rather narrow strip of land right beside Spring@Katong. Quite sandwiched, very near the next door developments.

Yes, i agree.
2 bedrooms need 2 toilets definitely..
There is also a lack of stowage space,so having a home shelter is actually good for yr barang barang.
Overall layout so so only, nothing fantastic!

so small... how to fit 2 room into a 600sqf!... its size of 2 hotel room. this is 2 room + kitchen + balcony+ livining room... gosh.
