Noticed there are some layouts with kitchen tucked in a little corner - without main door opening into kitchen. Nice!

There is no private living in this project at all. No guards, no gym, no bbq pits. all you have is a tiny 17m long pool.

no control over tenants for commercial. there's a few existing pubs and ktv lounges there now. imagine staying above 1 :banghead:
