So that they can build more units to make more money and still give u the buildup area that is worthwhile for u...

Rules is same as landed, PR need to seek approval. Those townhouses in condo are different as foreigner and PR can buy which is why the price is almost doubled....that, no point for SC to compete with them...:2cents:
