i am new to this forum.

Can i ask the expert here which developer built very fast.
e.g. fragrance ppty etc.

and where do i find informations for PC that is going to TOP soon.

good quality is better than building fast fast.

i agree. but i heard some of the fast developer quality are not bad.

Maybe they use effective building methods?

i though i read somewhere that some developer just need 2 years and some developer use 4 years. cannot remember where so ask around. :D
