HDB rental shd go up since PRs cannot rent out whole unit now.

PC owners turn to rent out instead or sale causing units for rent to increase?

Nope. It is not going to make a difference. Too little to feel the impact. I think rental will slide slowly. Not a lot. Maybe 5 to 10% this year.
