No more property loan subsidies??

I understand since a new MAS ruling, there are no more loan subsidies like legal fees, valuation fees and fire insurance..

Anyone know of any banks that still give that?

It is against MAS directive. Whether it is "illegal" or not is not important as no bank will want to go against MAS directives :D
