I'm looking for office space near mrt that can hold 20+ people during weekend seminars. Something like my id's soho near kovan mrt less than 2k rent! But no vacancy when I called up.

Go check out Luzerne nearby Bendemeer MRT. High ceiling floor spaces. Last I check they still got some units, but dont know if it meets your budget.
