With an combined income of $12k, buyers are willing to buy EC Penthouse which are >$S1million.

And it comes with so many rules and regulations, for the 1st 5years.

Wouldn't it be better if go for PC? less restrictions?

Or EC Penthouse are really a good bargain at today's price?

simply answer is supply and demand. Penthouses these size are rare and seldom available, while demand for large apartment is always there.

Buyers are either young couple with parents' help or well-to-do semi retirees with part-time jobs and tons of cash

So, the rich gets more and more subsidies from government.

Condo and EC same, difference is EC got restriction and home stay....if now buy EC at 700 psf, next time sell at 1k psf.....u will say why I didnt tink of tat.....tose who dare earn big $

Yup, if can afford to buy $1M plus ECs, then no neeed any govt subsidies !
