Think it faces the current SPCA. Go up the road Gurrkha camp and alternative entrance to Maris Stella

Pros and Cons. This one should be quieter than Sennett. 2 stations from sennett via Serangoon.

haha this question i ask before... i think last time CNUD explained...
both lands have the same AMSL (above mean sea level), so their building height will be same.
3.5 plot ratio, only means this plot will be more dense than BR plot.
Also because this plot is on lower ground... so higher plot ratio :D

Between the two, Sennett is far superior. More upside. Bartley Ridge is only worth considering if PSF lower than Bartley Residence. Otherwise, ditch it. Far better buys out there now. Just my two cents worth.
