The new explosion in prices in Tanah Merah will have a positive impact on housing in Bedok and Kembangan? Kembangan houses still look relatively cheaper and closer to town, a forgotten gem with lots of freehold land near MRT. Bedok residences another benificiary?

Looking at the prices developers are bidding the land, its going to be another year of increase in prices next year. So even buying any property this year is still a good decision?

if for own stay, can still buy.
if for investment, got to guess what will be there in 4 years:
step onto the elevator going up or
step into the gaping elevator shaft ?
