2012 is coming to an end (time really flies) - in slightly more than 3 weeks time it will be 2013.

So what do you think is the Best Private Condo launched this year:

Some of the possible candidates (please add in more) are:

* Parc Centros (it is close to the MRT and to a future major shopping centre - not surprising that its sold out)

* See Esta
* Ripple Bay
* Parc Olympa
* Eco
* Seletar Park Residence
* Katong Regency
.....etc.

Katong Regency, sold out in just a week.
Mix dev is in huge demand.

And the talk about overpriced WaterTown which perform better than expected, the first to chiong in 2012 after CM 5 released in Nov 11.

What about kovan regency? Also did quite well too.

Since there is the best, what about the worse? Sky habitat? :D

Yes, one of the top nominees for worst performing launches - still less than one third sold.

But think sales should improve towards TOP time.

Maybe The Minton qualify as the best relaunch for 2012? Top 10 for 2 months in a row and sold out eventually.

What we buy is limited by what we can afford and our preference.

For Best Developer .. I think I must vote SC Global for giving out Ang Pows way before CNY!
