Google map shows 8 mins walk to mrt...anyone saw this project?

Very interesting that all 12 units including PH are dual or triple keys...1 owner multiple units... the PH is interesting with separate exits at the upper deck...

Using reference from the apartments next to it. I think maintaince is less than $200 for 2 bedder with carpark. From the description G res has only a mini pool n bbq pit......

dual/triple key interesting for gd rental. I think new proj meridian 38 is launching at lorong M. its PH psf is 1300+ vs G res 1000+ .... G res should give better rental return? furthermore u can walk to kembagan mrt.

Wonder what is meridian 38 plus points...maybe furnishing n near some of pri sch? or is it near upcoming eastern region mrt station?
