The kitchen has undergone at least one round of refurb.. the upper and lower cabinets are of diff design .. obviously the lower b/w ones are more modern. Yeps, i think kitchen looks fine ..

Yes its always the case. My cousin rented out her 2yr-old corner terrace (200++ sqm built-in) for only $8k/mth, and she bought it at 4.3mil. The yield is pathetic, not enough to cover the monthly mortgage.

Tenants who usually rent landed are those who value space .. and they have to sacrifice and forgo on the facilities.

single story 3 bedroom..house living size is like a 5rm flat....loved every minute of it...:cheers5:...plus look at that beautiful garden was full of plants now all gone..:scared-2:...on a slow slow boat to pasir ris...:D:D:D

I have 2 friends born and raised in siglap area. And 1 still living there...the other had snuff and moved out...


According to both... It's super hot there...even when there's breeze. They are very warm air.

YES its VERY true its HOT.....but if u got $$$$$$...on that plot of land u can build 3 story GIANT house with LIFT and outdoor patio on 3rd floor some units can see MBS...but like i said IF you got money anything can do even your face UGLY can get chio chio-bu...:D:D:D
