the building isn't mightily impressive and the building's architecture looks so so only. maybe the interior was amazing to command that price.

in terms of architecture, there's a dark building if you scroll to the right in the "view" page. that looks more interesting on the exterior.

The amazing part is in the details. Checkout the floor plan. Very little structure column or wall within and the units from floor to floor is evolving. And that night view....that worth many millions.
