Life is short and unpredictable. I am listing what are the 10 things I want to do / people I want to see before I go without regrets....

1. My childhood sweetheart :
I managed to find my first sweetheart back...and now we are in touch...
the feeling is so good

2. my grandchildren
This one is not within my control

3. go for one good holiday with my family

look like I have very few things I need to do already.....

One thing I had always wanted to do is to own and stay in a freehold private condo, 3 br, 1500+ sq ft in district 9, 10 or 11.

Almost got what I wanted, in 1998 when I viewed a unit in Leedon Heights, asking price just 680K. Offered 660K but could not close, so I missed that boat.

Now the district 9, 10 & 11 freehold 1500+ sq ft boats are too risky for me, so I boarded one in district 21, a few days ago. Stamp duty will cost me just a little more than 40K.

Looking forward to a new living environment come April next year.

JKT is a bit messy, dirty and chaotic ...

That's where the kids get to see LIFE.

They will then learn to appreciate SINGAPORE.

Travel with them when they are bigger. Not when they are young... Get it???

They will understand there are poor people around and appreciate SINGAPORE. That is my intention.

But they will wind up in malls again. U know Indo malls are crazy BIG.

Jtk had changed so dramastically,

If you are familar with the road, the road leading to Airport where u will pass by the river. The squatters had be removed, built over there are residentl appt, and a park.

In business centre, u can see ppl swipping the road. But one thing is NOT better is the traffic Jam...other then that, the property, the maga mag mall are impressive. Now have a new highway to bandung and ponjak...and is very fast now...

a good place to see is Karimun, Tg Balai, Indon.

good seafood, in fact most of our sea food import from there.

Now youngser don like to establish connection, thinks that business is so simple to do in Indo. when get into constraints then SOS me.

Indeed, item 2, grandchild, one of the greatest experience.
Trust me, you have to build up the health and stamina to keep up with them...is demanding and their energy is never ending....
