hai ya last time i stay HDB my block no issue always got carpark space...nowadays like damm crowded... damm sianz ...i got 2 car one mine one my wife...can only get season parking for 1....other car every month must do a super kancheong style on the18th must do online booking for monthly parking...:(

I did not know that they don't have auto renewal for second car...liddat really siong. Btw, how much is second car season parking?

my carpark consider hot carpark cos near to temasek pri sch....:doh:...thats why only 1 car per household can get season parking....2nd car must follow super kancheong style and do online booking every month on 18th......standard price $65...sianzz long long time never pay season parking....:o

Better to stay in condo when have two cars.

double confirm last time in condo i pay 300 monthly can park 2 car...plus got facilities...now hdb parking 2 car and maintainance already 200...:banghead:....

My pc only provides one car park lot so 2nd car needs to ballot for the lots once every 3 month leh:rolleyes:

New condo usually only allow 1 carpark per household, second carpark usually not confirmed got space.
My old condo can park 2 cars in the basement.
3rd car have to park in open space.
Have to pay $100 if park 3rd car in basement.

but still quite rare to be able to accommodate 3 cars at basement for a household and with open space for more cars somemore? must be those with 2 way road that runs one big round the whole estate:D

buy a CCR resale condo especially those popular with expats.

you can have as many parking lots as you want.
plus no chance of any pick-up and truck parking next to your car. :D

Ya I m holding on to 3 carpark labels for my old condo unit.. 1 for myself, 1 returned to me from my prev tenant, and 1 requested for my existing tenant. Still, the carpark is often less than 1/3 full.

Some upcoming new condos don't even have carpark lot allocated for every unit.. Need to ballot periodically
